Milwaukee 15PC SAE Tap and Die Set with Hex-LOK™ 2-in-1 Handle includes precision machined threading accessories and the most versatile Hex-LOK™ 2-in-1 Handle for the most common applications. This set features straight-flute taps and 1” hex dies with durable laser-etched sizing for the clearest markings, along with a protective Black Oxide coating to resist corrosion. The Hex-LOK™ 2-in-1 Handle combines the benefits of both internal and external threading in one tool, compatible with 1” hex dies and the MILWAUKEE® tap collet. Its ergonomic grip ensures ultimate user comfort during threading, while the all-metal construction allows tool-free die and tap collet changes, optimized for maximum balance and control. The Plug Taps’ square shank fits all standard tap handles or wrenches, designed for through-hole threading. The 1” hex dies work with the Hex-LOK™ handle and all standard 1” Hex Die stocks. Included drill bits enable precise pilot drilling and are designed for use with drill drivers. This set is ideal for cutting threads in common metals such as brass, aluminum, and mild steel. For best results, use with cutting fluid.
