Milescraft Pocketjig300 is a heavy-duty pocket hole jig designed specifically for bigger projects like building decks, fences, outdoor furniture, or framing walls. This robust jig is perfect for use on materials 1-1/2" (38mm) and larger, making it ideal for 2 x 4 projects. It creates joints that are 50% stronger than those made with standard pocket hole jigs. Equipped with hardened steel drill bushings, it ensures precise and accurate 1/2" (12.7mm) pocket holes every time. The thick, durable fence flips down for drilling new pocket holes and can be kept up for repairs. A recessed clamp pocket holds the clamp securely in place as you move to different locations, and the rare earth magnet allows easy movement of the jig. For added speed and accuracy, it is designed to be used with Milescraft FaceClamps. This jig features a convenient built-in depth stop setting that lets you easily set your bit for the correct drilling depth. Included is a magnetic T25 Torx® driver that provides maximum torque without stripping and ensures pocket screws align with precision. The 1/4" (6.35mm) hex shank is quick change compatible for added convenience. It also comes with a 1/2" high-speed steel (HSS) step drill bit that eliminates clogging and produces smooth, precise holes. The 1/2" split design stop collar with flat prevents slipping of the set screw when tightened and stops the bit from rolling.
