It includes three pieces: two 84-inch pieces for the vertical sides of the door frame and one 36-inch piece for the top of the door frame. All necessary hardware for installation is provided. For a proper fit, simply cut the pieces to the desired length using a hacksaw and ensure the vinyl bulb is compressed against the door to create an effective seal.
