INCRA CleanSweep Downdraft Dust Collection Cabinet offers improved dust collection for all your router table work, keeping your shop cleaner by capturing sawdust right at the source using your 4-inch dust collection system. This cabinet attaches easily to the underside of laminated MDF or phenolic router tables from INCRA, Woodpeckers, JessEm, and many others. The vacuum created inside the cabinet pulls chips and fine dust downward past the router bit, maintaining a cleaner table surface and surrounding area than you might expect. Its effectiveness increases when combined with INCRA CleanSweep Rings for INCRA MagnaLOCK™ router plates and router lifts. Unlike dust ports mounted on fences, the CleanSweep Cabinet works for every cut, including routing grooves, box joints, dovetails, and shaping curved edges without a fence, ensuring excellent dust collection regardless of the operation. The cabinet is precision molded from ABS and steel, assembles quickly and accurately, and includes an integrated 4-inch steel blast gate, hose clamp, and mounting hardware. Its vertically sliding door saves space, seals tightly, and won’t slam shut, while the roomy interior accommodates large router lifts. It also helps reduce router noise. Designed for use with conventional woodworking dust collectors rated at 350 cfm or greater with a minimum 4-inch inlet diameter, the CleanSweep Cabinet fits INCRA and most other MDF or phenolic tables with a 9-1/4" x 12" or smaller opening. Some tables, such as those from Kreg, Woodhaven, and JessEm, require a separately sold CleanSweep Table Adapter for proper clearance. Please note that it is not compatible with typical wet/dry shop vacuums with smaller inlets or with router tables using remotely operated router lifts.
