This waterproofer is designed to stop water under pressure up to 10 P.S.I. per square inch, which is equivalent to a column of water over 22 feet high. For best results, any chalky or efflorescence deposits should be removed by etching the surface before application. The formula is alkali-resistant and can be applied to slightly damp surfaces below ground, although dry surfaces yield the best outcome. Its low odor and VOC/VOS compliant formula make it easy to work with, and cleanup requires only soap and water. Application is simple with either a brush or roller, covering approximately 75 to 125 square feet per gallon.
