Just like natural and man-made stone, concrete and masonry are porous materials that can break down, dust, pit, crack, or stain when exposed to weather, water, oil, and UV rays. This latex-based sealer offers clear, weatherproof protection against damage caused by de-icing salts, household cleaners, acid, gasoline, oil, and general weathering. Featuring exclusive SALTLOK Technology, it penetrates deeply into surfaces to resist unsightly efflorescence stains commonly found on brick, block, and poured concrete. Ideal for use on interior and exterior vertical and horizontal masonry surfaces such as stucco, brick, and concrete, it helps prevent excessive dusting, surface cracking, and pock marking. Suitable for bare masonry or previously painted surfaces, this sealer can be applied with a brush, roller, spray, squeegee, or pad applicator.
