It features Microban Antimicrobial Product Protection, which actively fights the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria, mold, and mildew, helping the sealant stay cleaner and easier to maintain for longer periods. This sealant is easy to apply and tool, paintable, low in odor, and cleans up easily with water, making it ideal for indoor use. It cures in 24 hours and offers excellent adhesion and moisture resistance, withstanding temperatures from -20°F to 150°F. The product covers approximately 30 linear feet at a 3/16 inch bead and is suitable for application temperatures between 40°F and 100°F, ensuring reliable performance in typical kitchen and bath environments.
