Broan Quiet Humidity Sensing Exhaust Ventilation Fan with LED Light delivers powerful airflow combined with exceptional performance and whisper-quiet operation. This fan features a DC motor with selectable speeds of 110, 130, and 150 CFM, producing ultra-quiet sound levels as low as 0.7 sones at 150 CFM. Designed for continuous operation, the motor maintains static pressure to ensure consistent performance. The fan is ENERGY STAR® Certified, highlighting its energy efficiency, and includes a dimmable integrated LED light for added convenience. Its humidity sensing capability ensures optimal ventilation by automatically adjusting to moisture levels in the room. Constructed from rugged galvanized steel, this fan is built to withstand moisture and features unique patented spacers for mounting to engineered "I" joists. It is UL listed for use in insulated ceilings (Type IC) and can be safely installed over bathtubs and showers when connected to a GFCI protected branch circuit.
