18" Wide Built-In Wine/Beverage Cooler Drawer

Summit manufactures a unique assortment of built-in single drawer appliances, including our new 18" wide solid state wine and beverage cooler ideal for home kitchens, hotel spaces, corporate offices, back bar settings, and more. Model COOL1D is a 1-drawer wine and beverage chiller that utilizes an efficient and quiet solid state cooling system. The stainless steel drawer features a fully finished front with a horizontal grain to match any setting, with a pro-style handle included. The drawer front can also accept an overlay panel for a more customized look to blend or complement adjacent cabinetry (panel size: 17.87" W x 11.9" H at a 3/4" thickness). This cooler is designed to be installed in cabinet openings sized at 12" H x 18" W x 22.5" D and requires a 5.11" x 2.36" ventilation channel above the cabinet in the rear for proper operation. Alternatively, we include a stainless steel front grill that raises the height an additional 2" to account for the exhaust. Designed for the storage of wine and beverages, the COOL1D includes intuitive digital controls that let you adjust the temperature between 46 and 68ºF. The temperature readout is switchable between Fahrenheit and Celsius to best suit your preference. An audible/visual alarm warns if the drawer has been left open for more than 5 minutes. Two LED lights in a white hue provide attractive illumination when the drawer is opened. Sabbath mode allows you to disable the interior light and digital temperature display as needed. We include two removable wine shelves that let you store standard Bordeaux style bottles at a slight angle, making it easy to keep open bottles in reach with the necks facing forward. This layout allows you to store 4 bottles on the shelves and an additional 2 on the bottom of the drawer. By removing the shelves, you can store up to 8 bottles, or a variety of soda cans, water bottles, mini liquor bottles, and more. With its mild temperature range and elegant design, the COOL1D is also ideal for the storage of skincare products such as face masks, serums, creams, and other cosmetics that function better in cooler temperature conditions.
