The kit includes a Raised Wear Platen/Back Plate to optimize performance when using the knife sharpening jigs, a Universal Arm for steady support, and two knife holders with angle adjustment collars—one small for blades up to 8 inches and one large for blades over 8 inches. It also comes with an Allen key for tightening clamps, and a selection of high-quality abrasive belts. The aluminum oxide belts (60 and 240 grit) provide a keen edge while preventing overheating, and the Trizact belts (600, 1200, and 3000 grit) offer superfine finishing with engineered pyramidal particles for consistent cutting and long belt life. By working through the grits from coarse to fine, this kit ensures the best possible sharpening results.
