Milescraft PocketJig200 is designed to help you assemble work pieces quickly with strong and accurate pocket hole joints. Whether you need to create tight corner joints, edge joints, T-joints, framing joints, or miter joints, this versatile jig makes repairs and projects easier. It features built-in settings for different board thicknesses, allowing you to simply adjust the jig to your desired setting, set the depth of your bit, and start drilling. The complete kit comes in a sturdy carrying case and includes all the bits, drivers, screws, and accessories needed to complete any pocket hole project. This pocket jig offers a spring-loaded sled adjust button for quick thickness setting adjustments and locking. It has both Imperial and Metric scales built into the jig to easily measure the thickness of your workpiece, with common board thickness settings of 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/2" (12, 19, 27, 38mm). The hardened steel drill bushings ensure precise and accurate pocket holes every time, with tight tolerances to reduce tear-out and create clean holes on the first try. The recessed clamp pocket includes a strong rare earth magnet to keep the clamp in position as you move to different locations, and for even greater speed and accuracy, Milescraft FaceClamps (sold separately) are recommended. A built-in drill bit depth setter positions your bit perfectly for the correct drilling depth. The 3/8" HSS PocketBit, made from high-speed steel with a 1/4" quick connect hex shank, is designed to reduce clogging and drill smooth, precise holes. Switching from drilling to driving is quick and easy with the Milescraft Connector Chuck, which accepts all 1/4" hex bits. The jig works with wood materials from 1/2" to 1.5" thick (12-38mm) and has a drilling angle of 15°. Drill guide bushings are spaced 1 inch apart for consistent results. The PocketJig200 kit includes a double barrel pocket hole jig, quick connect chuck, magnetic 3" and 6" T-20 Torx drive bits, a 3/8" pocket bit, 60 T-20 pocket hole screws in various sizes, 10 pocket plugs, a 3/8" split design stop collar with hex key, and an instruction manual, all housed in a sturdy storage case.
