An indicator light and sound will alert you if you turn the cooktop on without a pan on the selected element or if your pan is not compatible with induction cooking.|Control Lock: Disables cooking mode for easy cleaning when not in use.|Frameless Design: Allows flush installation for a seamless look or standard installation to fit an existing cooktop cutout.|Requires Induction-Compatible Cookware: Such as multi-ply stainless steel, enamelled steel or cast iron. Aluminum and copper cookware will not work unless it has a base made of iron or steel. Look for pans marked "Works with Induction" or test to see if a magnet will stick to the bottom.
