Easy Wood Tools Ci0 Full-Size Finisher, Handled is a remarkable advancement in wood turning innovation that builds on the foundation set by the Easy Rougher. This finisher features a round carbide cutter that is ideal for detailed inside work on smaller bowls as well as creating larger coves on spindle projects. If you are familiar with the Easy Rougher, you already know that these tools outperform expectations and significantly boost your productivity. The Ci0 is designed to be used with the tool rest set so that when held level, the top of the cutter aligns perfectly with the center. Simply keep the tool level to the floor and flat on the rest for all types of cuts, making the process incredibly straightforward. No complicated angles or bevels are required; the tool effortlessly cuts from the bowl’s center to the rim or vice versa without needing to adjust your stance. The carbide cutter technology reduces strain and fatigue, enhances efficiency, and virtually eliminates the need for sharpening. When the cutter dulls, you can easily rotate it about a quarter turn to refresh its edge. The finisher includes a 1/2" x 1/2" square stainless steel blade set in a 16" red-dyed hard maple Easy Grip handle, with an overall length of 25". It comes with a 5/8" diameter round cutter (#95301) and is also available in an un-handled version (#95297).
