This Perma-White tint-able paint from Zinsser is a moisture-resistant and blister-proof formula. Perma-White contains a mildewcide which prevents the growth of mold and mildew on the paint film only. Its self-priming feature allows this paint to be spread over glossy paints, vinyl wall coverings, and Formica without the need for sanding, and seals new drywall, joint compound, and porous flat paints without a primer. This paint is tint-able and has good hiding quality. This water-based formula is safe to use indoors and easily cleans up with soap and water. This paint is ideal for ceilings, bathrooms, kitches, basements, humid closets, laundry rooms, hot tub rooms and other interior surfaces where mildew is a problem. It is great for homes, motels, hospitals, schools, restaurants, and nursing homes.
