Custom Building Products TILELab Stone Tile Sealer & Enhancer is a color enhancer and penetrating sealer designed for all types of porous natural stone and grout. It rejuvenates the color and appearance of worn, faded stone, tumbled marble, and other rustic-look stones, while also effectively darkening the color of grout. This product provides long-lasting protection against oil, grease, and stains with its water-based, low odor formula, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Ideal for use on stone surfaces, clay pavers, and grout, it works especially well on tumbled marble and other rustic stones. Please note that it may not be fully effective as a color enhancer on some polished stones. Coverage varies from 130 to 1900 square feet per 24 fluid ounces on polished or dense surfaces and 30 to 65 square feet per 24 fluid ounces on porous surfaces. This sealer comes in a 24-ounce bottle and has a shelf life of 24 months.
