DAP DAPtex Plus Multi-Purpose Foam Sealant, 12 Oz features a new latex formula that provides enhanced water resistance, toughness, and hardness compared to other latex foams. This versatile sealant is designed to effectively fill large cracks, gaps, and voids, making it ideal for sealing rough openings around windows and doors. It meets the American Architectural Manufacturer's Association (AAMA) standard 101 for windows and doors, as well as ASTM testing standards E-283, E-547, and E-331 for air infiltration and water resistance. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, DAPtex Plus comes with a reusable nozzle and is easy to tool and paint. Fresh, uncured foam can be cleaned up with soap and water. It becomes tack-free in 10 minutes, with a 1-inch bead fully curing within 24 hours.
