It can be used as a standalone finish or followed with multiple coats of Arm-R-Seal topcoat for added protection. Seal-A-Cell is versatile and easy to apply, whether wiped on or brushed with a foam applicator. When diluted, it serves as a wood conditioner to control stain penetration, can be used to thin other stains, and acts as a base for adding universal tints to create custom colors.
