With seven preprogrammed candy stages and one all-purpose temperature setting, this thermometer delivers a dual progress display and alert warnings before, during, and at key temperatures in the candy range. An adjustable stainless steel clip attaches to pans for precise temperature readings from 14 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
