The iQ Power Tools Dry Cut 7-Inch Tabletop Tile Saw set includes (1) 7-inch Combo Blade, (1) Fence, and (1) iQ Micro Fence. This 7-inch tabletop saw cuts tile dry and also includes an integrated dust control system. The unique Q-Drive™ blade with Cool Cut Technology is composed of an exclusive combination of diamond concentration, metal type and flange thickness which helps to reduce vibrations and keep cuts cool. In addition, the built-in vacuum clears debris which ensures that the blade isn’t re-grinding the same material, resulting in less friction and heat. The vacuum consists of 4 cyclones that use centrifugal force to pull the majority of dust and debris downward before going through the filter. The Durabond filter of the vacuum collects the fine parts from being released into the operator’s breathing area and must be spun (3) times a day. Designed not to warp or wander, this saw provides accurate cuts that match the quality of wet blades. The tool also includes the all-new TRU-CUT™ system which are pre-set 1-inch increments measured off the blade that gives users more flexibility with their fence placement. The iQ Micro fence (also included) allows users to place the fence in 1/16-inch increments. Another advantage of this portable, lightweight tool is that it only weighs 36-lbs, making it easy to transport to/from the job site. It also features a powerful 15-AMP motor that operates both the saw and vacuum. The iQ 228Cyclone delivers versatility by offering 18-inch rip cuts with the rolling table or 24+-inches with the locked table.
