This residential salt spreader features a U-shaped flip-up handle with an ambidextrous bail for easy operation with either hand. The spiked auger helps tear up clumps and keeps the salt or ice melt moving freely. Its wide tread 10 in. pneumatic tires provide stability over all terrains while the adjustable front and side baffle delivers directional control of the spread. Holds up to 80 lbs. Not recommended for use with rock salt products, sand or sand mixes, pelletized lime, lime or lime powders
