The Milwaukee M18 FUEL String Trimmer Kit with QUIK-LOK is designed to meet the needs of landscape professionals. This battery operated trimmer is capable of clearing thick brush, reaches a full throttle in under 1 second and features a balanced design for increased operator control. The M18 FUEL Power Head, which is a part of the M18 FUEL QUIK-LOK Attachment System, is compatible with a variety of other attachments such as edgers, articulating hedge trimmers, and pole saws. This versatility enables users to easily swap out attachments on a single power head which increases productivity and keeps costs low. It features a Milwaukee POWERSTATE Brushless Motor that delivers speed up to 6,200 RPM and a cutting swath of up to 16 inches. The motor is rear positioned which gives the operator the best combination of power, balance and maneuverability. The tool is also equipped with REDLINK PLUS intelligence which protects against overloading, overheating and over-discharging in demanding applications. For added control in a variety of applications, this battery-powered tool also has an integrated variable speed trigger while its advanced electronic package delivers instant throttle response.
