Product Description

SharkBite 3/4" Push-to-Connect Repair Coupling is a highly efficient solution for repairing burst pipes or leaks in your plumbing system. This slip coupling is designed to simplify the repair process, eliminating the need for multiple couplings and additional pipes. One end of the coupling has a stop, while the other end allows free sliding over the pipe. This design allows you to easily slide the fitting onto the damaged pipe and make a successful connection without the hassle of cutting and replacing sections of the pipe. When you're finished, a disconnect tool can be used to release the fitting, allowing it to slide back onto the other end of the pipe, completing the repair. Certified and approved by UPC, IAPMO, and NSF-61, this repair coupling is suitable for use with copper pipes. It can withstand temperatures of up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and has a pressure rating of 200 psi, ensuring reliable performance. Constructed from 1-piece DZR brass, this repair coupling is durable and resistant to corrosion. It can be buried or placed behind drywall, offering flexibility in installation. Additionally, these fittings are removable and reusable, making them a practical choice for plumbing repairs.
