Adheres to vinyl, paneling and other hard-to-stick-to surfaces. Makes positioning easier and promotes excellent adhesion. Economical enough for one large room. Tintable to hide seams. Fast drying, hang in only 2 hours. Low odor, easy water cleanup. For best results apply evenly and consistently. Avoid overspreading.
