The 8 In. CoBolt® Compact Bolt Cutters from KNIPEX are designed for cutting materials with a diameter of up to 5.2-mm such as bolts, nails, rivets and more! They offer exceptional cutting performance with minimal effort because of their KNIPEX’s new lever action design. They also have induction-hardened edges that make them ideal for cutting card, soft and piano wire. The edges are also micro-structured which makes cutting large cross-sections easier. Below the joint is a gripping surface for pulling wires with a starting diameter from 1.0 mm. The cutter’s blades are constructed of heavy-duty steel and provide a cutting edge hardness of approximately 64 HRC.
