This blend of 3-4 varieties of fescue grass is mixed specially to handle high traffic and dry conditions. Excellent for areas where lower maintenance is desired. For new lawns or to fortify existing home or commercial lawns. Grows well in poor soil, holds up to foot traffic, and can handle periods of drought. Plant in full sun or partial shade areas before October 10th in NE Ohio. Comes in a 25 lb. bag.
