Harlod Import Amish Cake Tester is designed to accurately test if your cakes, brownies, and breads are perfectly baked. Made from natural corn husks, its straw texture holds raw batter better than metal. To use, simply pull a strand from the straw broom and insert it into the cake center. If the straw comes out clean, your cake is fully cooked! The straws measure about 3.5 in. long, allowing them to reach deeper into cakes than toothpicks for more accuracy and will not leave large holes compared to knives and forks. With a loop at the top, this cake tester can be placed above your stove for easy storage. Measures 6 in. L. x 2 in. Dia. and weighs 1.7 oz.
