Product Description
Benjamin Moore Latex Floor & Patio Enamel is a premium quality, quick drying, epoxy-modified acrylic satin floor enamel. This dark gray low sheen enamel is designed to go on smoothly and resists marring and scratching. In addition, it provides a durable, clean finish that is resistant to soaps, detergents, grease and oil. This enamel has a low VOC level which is environmentally friendly and safe to be used for both interior or exterior applications. It is recommended for basements, porches, lanais, breezeway floors, walkways, and can be applied directly to unpainted concrete (new or old) or to previously finished wood or concrete. One coat covers most previously painted surfaces that are in fair to good condition.
