The eCommerce Channel Manager position is primarily responsible for growing and maintaining sales within the various marketplaces for Hartville Hardware. The channel manager plays an important role in the growth, compliance and profitability of one of Hartville Hardware's biggest eCommerce channels. In the ever-changing eCommerce landscape this position is required to provide leadership, guidance, and assistance to the Product, Warehouse, and Customer Service Teams to ensure best practices are followed to achieve the optimal customer experience at the highest level of profitability.
The Graphic Design Associate is a part-time position responsible for creating visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This includes offline media such as signs, advertisements and other marketing materials, as well as digital assets such as programmatic display and social media ads. The ideal candidate will have experience in Adobe's Creative Suite - including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more.
To serve the needs of the Kitchen & Bath designers so that they have everything they need to design and sell projects. This includes scheduling, policy updates and changes, sales support, handling customer complaints, working with install team when issues arise, working with install manager on best practices for designers, being available to designers for questions, working with merchandise team to ensure we have the right products, covering floor shifts, occasional floor sales when needed, accountability and coaching of designers, meet with upper management for sales and close rates review, process designers commissions, & manage spreadsheets, to name a few.
The Marketplace Product Specialist works to ultimately build our product sales through vendor management, pricing, compliance, minimal overstock and updated and complete product presentation. This position is intricate to our sales team, as the product specialist is responsible for maintaining a level of profitability amongst the thousands of products we advertise within the online marketplace
