KitchenAid introduces the first combination wall oven that comes with interchangeable attachments in the tradition of the iconic KitchenAid® Stand Mixer to enable grilling, stone cooking and steaming. As cooks expect today from a premium wall oven, it also supports a full complement of smart capabilities as well as baking, broiling and Even-Heat™ True Convection.


Features

  • Smart Oven+ Powered Attachments : Offer you the first-ever collection of oven-powered grill, baking stone and steamer attachments. Each fits interchangeably into a provided heating element and base pan that connect onto the back of the oven cavity. You control the cooking process through the oven's controls or a mobile app to take on classic recipes and new culinary challenges. The base pan, heating element and grill are shipped with the oven. Connect, call or register to get baking stone and steamer by mail at no additional cost.
  • Microwave Convection Cooking (microwave oven) : Includes a 1600-watt convection element to provide a secondary option for convection cooking, ideal for baking macaroons or tortes while you use the lower oven to prepare the entrée.
  • CrispWave™ SpeedCook Technology and Crisper Pan (microwave oven) : Enable grilling, frying and convection cooking in the microwave. The specially designed crisper pan lets you brown, crisp, and even pan-fry bacon and eggs, expanding the boundaries of what you thought possible from microwave cooking.
  • SatinGlide™ Roll-Out Extension Rack for Smart Oven+ Attachments (oven) : Makes it easier to cook with large or heavy bakeware. Sure-grip handle and smooth roll-out simplify loading and unloading. Lower-oven rack is designed to hold the attachment base pan securely in place during use, yet allows easy pan insertion and removal.
  • FIT System : Allows for customization of wall oven installation to match the height of existing cabinets through flexible design elements.
  • 1.4 Cu. Ft. Microwave Oven Capacity : Provides spacious cooking capacity while complementing your lower convection oven.

  • Broil Element : Combines the high power and even coverage needed to give you results similar to outdoor grilling.
  • Even-Heat™ Preheat (lower oven) : Helps prevent cold spots for even baking by ensuring that the lower oven cavity – including walls and racks – is heated to the correct temperature right from the start, so all the madeleines in every batch turn out just as you desire.
  • Temperature Probe : Accurately measures the internal temperature of meats or casseroles and communicates with the oven, so you can control whether your roast beef tenderloin comes out rare, medium rare, or medium without ever having to open the oven door.
  • Self Cleaning Cycle : Uses high temperature to power through soils in the oven cavity, requiring only a quick wipe-down at the end of the cycle so you can get right back to cooking.
  • Smart Oven+ Mobile App Connectivity : Gives you control of your oven in or out of the kitchen. Use our mobile app to remotely monitor and control the oven, suggest when it's time to tend the food, or enter your own cooking instructions and save them for next time.
