You can keep your kids safe with its shutter mechanism that prevents access to the contacts from items other than a 2-prong plug. It has a narrow body, with a large-head terminal screw that accepts up to No. 10 copper wire, and is back and side wired. Receive maximum conductivity and plug retention with its triple wire power contacts. Comes with captive mounting screws and washer-type break-off plaster ears for better installation and alignment. The mounting strap is made of heavy-gauge steel to resist rust.
